Wolf Of The Willows Xmas Spiced Nitro Pastry Amber Ale

Very limited edition S'mores-man brewed for Christmas in collaboration with Wolf Of The Willows good friends at Mork Chocolate and Saint Felix Distillery. They've taken their famous S'moresman Pastry Amber Ale and injected it with some Christmas spirit. They use the limited release Mork cacao nibs, brewed with the usual marshmallows, vanilla, then added sweet cherry puree and spiked it with Saint Felix limited edition Cherry & Cacao Husk Brandy. Lactose gives them a little extra sweetness which is topped off by being served on nitro, providing that uber soft and creamy mouthfeel. This limited Christmas ale is sweet but complex, choc full of your favourite Xmas flavours.
