Wayward Paddock to Pale

This Farmhouse Pale Ale is a new world Pale Ale with a twist, utilising an Irish Ale / French Saison hybrid yeast which delivers a clean, bone-dry finish with subtle peppery notes, but none of the overtly spicy phenolic characters often associated with Farmhouse-style beers. NZ Moutere hops provide aromatics of citrus and peach with a clean, balanced finish.
