This winter, stone & wood honour the past and embrace the future with the elease of their bold dark porter, Stone Beer 2022. In respect to tradition, they have employed ancient brewing techniques by setting wood fired stones in the kettle. In respect to the future, they have used regenerative grain, sourced from farms that replenish and restore the earth they toil. Stone Beer 2022 was made with a range of the highest quality Australian malts from Voyager Craft Malt and native wattle-seed. Pouring dark brown, this decadent brew begins with rich and chocolatey aromas, followed by dark chocolate, coffee, caramel and toffee flavours on the palate and finishes with a firm bitterness.
