A nod to history, the beer celebrates how local residents rallied together to save Jasper Corner, fundraising to buy the village’s iconic building back, securing its shared enjoyment for generations to come. Inspired by the Northern Rivers’ rich red volcanic soil, this beer is flavourful and smooth. The generous additions of Galaxy, Enigma and Mosaic hops erupt in bright fruity flavours and aromas. Medium-bodied, with caramel and toffee notes, Jasper is balanced by a firm bitterness.
