Smooth & velvety yet not heavy like a traditional stout. This dark ale was barrel-aged in Kentucky bourbon oak and presents dark chocolate on the palate with a decent dose of sweet raisin notes. An easy-drinker, Rockafella shows hints of vanilla and cigar box, showcasing some of the flavours imparted by the oak-ageing process.
