TASTING NOTES \nHop Barn started out as a mixed fermentation farmhouse ale with a Brettanomyces yeast strain known for producing fruity flavours. Prior to packaging, Slow Lane generously dry hopped it with Mosaic hops. Complex hop driven tropical fruit flavours and aromas combined with the fruity esters from the Brettanomyces yeast. \n \n
