Mosarillo is a double-hop, double dry-hopped, juicy double IPA. The folks at Sauce admit that they went a bit overboard with the hopping rates in the fermenter, using two of their favourite heavy-hitting juicy hops, Mosaic and Amarillo. The result is a super juicy, somewhat hazy, very drinkable double IPA.
