Sauce Daywalker Ginger Beer

Urban Dictionary describes the Daywalker as “a ginger that does not burn in direct sunlight”. It seemed an apt name for Sauce,s first-ever ginger beer – brewed with summer in mind, to be enjoyed in the sun as a refreshing change from their usual hoppy beasts. Brewed with a small amount of barley, chilli, cinnamon & clove, and of course plenty of ginger!
