Each year excitement builds among the brewing community as the hops ripen on the bines and inspire us here at Revel to create new and exciting beers. To celebrate this year we have created an IPA using 100kg’s of fresh Ella hop flowers. We have fermented the beer with our favorite hazy yeast and dry hopped the beer twice with the Ella flowers to create this Hazy DDH SHIPA, enjoy!
