Berliner weisse 3.5%. This berliner weisse displays a unique peachy colour from it’s time in barrel. During this ageing process it has also picked up some funk and complexity displayed through notes of cherries and strawberries that blend into an almost champagne-like spritz and mouthfeel to forge an intriguing yet refreshing beer.
