Quiet Deeds Don't Know About That Simcoe Hop

Social media is a special place. We always like to take note of the most enjoyable comments we come across, and one of our favourites recently mentioned a particular hop blend, saying, “I’m not sure about that hop…”

In this case, however, that hop didn’t appear in the dry hop at all. It was used only in the whirlpool, and in such a tiny amount that the chance of picking up any flavour from it was almost nonexistent.
