TASTING NOTES \nA classic German style ale that marries a light malt body with subtle hop flavour, offering up slight flavours of honey and lemon on the back end. It pours a straw colour and has a dry to medium body. Soft carbonation makes this beer very drinkable and refreshing. \nBREWERY SNAPSHOT \nDown in the depths of Quakers Hat Bay is where a father and two sons home brewed their first 20-litre batch of beer. It tasted pretty good, so they decided to brew for a living. What could possibly go wrong?
