Old Wives Pacific Northwest IPA

Talus hops (previously known as variety HBC 692) are quickly becoming a favourite of both IPA brewers and drinkers around the world. With intense flavours of citrus, flowers and pine, they've paired this new variety with standouts Mosaic, Citra and Summit. All of these varieties come out of the Yakima Valley region in America's Pacific North West known for its spectacular coastline, green interior and rocky mountains. A beautiful part of the world they only wish they could visit right now....hopefully this beer can virtually take you there!
