Matilda Bay Yarra Valley Pils

Brewed in their new home in the Yarra Valley under the watch of the Sexton family, this is a crisp and bright pilsner brewed with the pure, soft spring water of the Yarra Ranges. It has a spicy floral aroma characteristic of the Czech Saaz hops, a clean rounded palate and a pleasant bitter finish. This design pays homage to where theirPils was first brewed, the original Matilda Bay brewery in Fremantle, WA.
