This was the first beer we made in our first warehouse. It was 40 degrees when we made this beer. It was 40 degrees for about a week. This is all we wanted on those ridiculous days: A crisp blonde beer that's bright, dry and refreshing, with lots of hops. And plenty of it, please. Also it has a platypus. Check that guy out, he's freaking awesome.
