Lervig Supersonic

TASTING NOTES \nWe are loving our juicy IPA’s these days and apparently so are our customers. We wanted to go more than big, we went supersonic with a shit load of citra hops – we also included simcoe, amerillo and enigma – but the main hop is citra. We kept the malt bill simple to give great body but good drinkability at 8,5% alc. \n \nWheat and oats to get the smooth juicy flavour and mouthfeel. This one is all about the hops, it’s a super tropical hoppy explosion that breaks the hopwave. Think of it as mach 3 for hopped IPA’s! \nBREWERY SNAPSHOT \nLervig is an independently owned and operated craft brewery located in Stavanger Norway.
