Sour Ale + Rose & Hibiscus 100% bottle refermented. Farmhouse Red (est 2012) is a young barrel-aged Red Ale that has been open fermented & naturally soured courtesy of airborne house wild bacteria from within the brewery's walls, this coupled with a light addition of pink rose petals & organic hibiscus flowers has yielded a tart and fruit-driven floral Wild Ale that speaks of their place.
