TASTING NOTES \nBeer with Jeff is La Sirene's second collaboration (this time on home soil) with the wonderful Jester King Brewery from the Texas Hill Country. Jeff and his brood came to spend some time with La Sirene back in 2016 in the spirit of sharing knowledge and getting to know each other better. As a result they brewed 2 beers, this being the first release that sat in french oak for over 12 months until ripe and is an authentic mixed culture wild ale – La Sirene’s house culture & Jester King’s culture. \nBREWERY SNAPSHOT \nAn independent family owned & operated Urban Farmhouse Brewery, akin to modern-day ‘Saisonniers’ striving for Artistry in brewing.
