La Sirène Praline is a very special chocolate ale brewed with rich dark malts. Combined with hand-scraped organic vanilla pods and Mexican cacao nibs, it delivers a smooth, velvety, and seductive dark ale. Open-fermented and then aged for 12 months in Cabernet barrels, this stout develops a welcome acidity that adds refreshing drinkability to an otherwise rich beer.
