HopDog Cosmic Highway Pale Ale

TASTING NOTES \nThe Cosmic Highway is a Pale Ale with aromas of citrus and tropical fruits luring you in. Brewed with four malts and hopped with New Zealand Motueka hops creating a toasty malt character with a hop flavour. Originally a tap only release, but because of the strong demand HopDog have bottled it. \nBREWERY SNAPSHOT \nHopDog is located on the South Coast of NSW and produces hand crafted boundary pushing beers. It began its production in 2011, but like most good things has been in development for much longer. \nDID YOU KNOW? \nHead brewer Tim Thomas brings with him 15 years of professional brewing experience, having brewed previously for the Lord Nelson and Five Islands Brewing Company.
