Dubbed the drink of the summer in the US and beyond last year, hard seltzer has slowly been making its way Down Under. With significant growth among some of the biggest players in the international craft beer scene, it looks set to do the same here.
With a little more time than usual to experiment over the past few months, they decided to give it a go—and loved the result. Introducing Ray. Hailing from Hop Nation’s home in Footscray (hence the name), Ray Hard Seltzer is a brewed alcoholic sparkling water made with real fruit, no added sugar, and finished as a crisp, refreshing tipple.
