Happenstance Gin

Happenstance Gin has bright citrus notes that jostle for attention with the juniper for a fresh, citrus-forward gin. On top of lemon, mandarin and lemon myrtle you’ll get some spice from fennel and nutmeg, and the strawberry scented eucalyptus and vanilla combine to give a sweet roundness. Designed as their go-to for a G&T, it pairs beautifully with a floral tonic and they love adding a fresh strawberry to lift the botanical sweetness. Also delicious as a wet martini or a zesty Collins.
