TASTING NOTES \n \nThe Garden Sour , ABV 3.5% \nA clean, refreshing sour ale hopped with Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and Summer hops from Australia. It is dry hopped during fermentation to make the most of Garden’s unique house yeast. The result is a strong white grape with a background of ripe passion fruit and melon pulp. A very clean beer, it has a dry finish with a medium-tart and mouth puckering sourness. \n \nThe Garden Pink Guava Sour , ABV 4.3% \nSour beer with Guava Rosa. Fruity, tropical and sour with notes of strawberry and melon. \nHops Mount Hood, Palisade, T'N'T \nMalts Pale, Dextrin, Wheat, Oats \nAdjuncts Lactose, Pink Guava \n \nThe Garden Raspberry Sour , ABV 4.2% \nFruity with clear taste of raspberries and slight cherry flavour. Refreshing and perfect for a hot day. It is not like Lambic but as a relatively low ABV sour it is good enough for a hot summer. Fresh and zippy. \n \nThe Garden Rhubarb Sour , ABV 4.1% \nHops Mount Hood, Palisade, T'N'T \nMalts Pale, Dextrin, Wheat, Oats \nAdjuncts Lactose, Rhubarb \nBREWERY SNAPSHOT \nThe engine of our brewery is a custom-designed, locally produced, steam powered 20HL brewhouse: a 3-piece system consisting of a combined mash tun/lauter, kettle and whirlpool. Our ability to ‘blend-at-site’ allows us to brew 3 times in 14 hours. Engineered in flexibility means we can brew a wide range of styles, and kettle sour – a unique, refreshing style that’s increasing in popularity globally. We believe less is more, we keep things natural and fresh, we don’t filter or pasteurize (it’s unnecessary and just removes flavor and aroma).
