Dry Haze is an exciting collaboration between Balter Brewing and their friends across the ditch, Garage Project, created as their first Limited Release beer of 2020. Founded on a friendship formed during the Yakima Valley hop harvest and inspired by an exciting new hop variety, they brewed a very special partnership beer.
Two versions were made — one at each brewery — both showcasing a specially selected lot of Yakima Chief Hops 2019 harvest Sabro hops, fresh from the legendary Perrault Farm. These were blended with Motueka at Balter and Galaxy at Garage Project.
Designed with a lighter body, the hop character shines through in these refreshingly dry hazy brews, each bursting with its own unique mix of tropical fruit, citrus, tangerine, and coconut notes.
