Garage Project Verbotene Früchte Rumfass

Originally brewed in collaboration with legendary German brewers Bitburger, Verbotene Früchte is a rich, black dessert lager inspired by the classic cakey indulgence of Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte — the Black Forest gâteau. This very special batch is brewed with a lavish addition of sugar, lactose, cacao powder, vanilla, cacao nibs, and sour cherries, before being aged in rum barrels for over a year. That’s certainly another contravention of the Reinheitsgebot — but hey, what goes on tour, stays on tour.
