Garage Project Death from Above Pale Ale

This is one of Garage Project’s most challenging brews to date. At its heart is the idea of combining the aggressive, high-citrus character of American hops with the heat and sweetness of Indochine flavours. A fusion of American-style pale ale and South-East Asian influences, it features mango, lime, Vietnamese mint, and chilli. This is a beer of harmony, not of conflict.
