Domaine Cordier Bourgogne Blanc Jean de Vignes
TASTING NOTES \nDomaine Cordier’s Jean de la Vigne shows flavours of zingy candied citrus fruit, walnut and vanilla with a rich buttery texture. Christophe Cordier could've labeled this Mâcon-Villages instead of Bourgogne if he wished, but chose not to because his wine has so much more depth, character and finesse than the average white Mâcon. Call on it to accompany fish and seafood, poultry, risotto or creamy or cheesy pasta. \nWINERY SNAPSHOT \nDomaine Cordier, located in the village of Fuissé, currently manages a unique mosaic of over 100 different nice terroirs, spread over 30 hectares and 8 villages. \nDID YOU KNOW? \nAt Domaine Cordier, gentle bottling is carried out using gravity, without fining, the wine only undergoing a very light filtration.
