Deeds Hummingbird Hazy Pastry DIPA

Inspired by the original Jamaican dessert, Hummingbird Double IPA takes decadence in a glass to a whole new level. A generous shopping list of ingredients keeps each sip complex and intriguing. Roasted pecans and lime zest are added alongside lactose to create a velvety, sweet, cake-like body. Pineapple is added directly to the fermenter, complemented by a blend of vanilla and cinnamon. And of course, the hops aren’t forgotten — Mosaic and Azacca intertwine with light notes of tropical bubblegum, mango, and papaya.
