Making Pale Ale cool again! \n \nBruery Bakery Cherry Pie 10.2% \nSlice into this bold Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout and experience the nostalgia-inducing aroma of a warm cherry pie. Full-bodied and smacking of freshly-picked tart cherries, rich artisan vanilla, cinnamon and hints of brown sugar. This bakery is open for business. \n \nPrairie Vanilla Noir 13.7% \nVanilla Noir is Prairie Noir aged on organic, fair trade vanilla beans, and let’s just say it takes a lot of beans! The vanilla flavour complements the whiskey barrel ageing process and adds a delicious layer to the beer. \n \nPrairie Rainbow Sherbet 5.2% \nSummer forward Sour Ale with raspberry, pineapple and orange. Do yourself a favour and toss one in the cooler on your way to the pool or river, you deserve a rainbow! \n \nPrairie Noir Whiskey 13.7% \nPrairie Noir is a Whiskey Barrel Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout. They brew this beer with a huge amount of oats to give it an ever so silky mouth feel. Notes of coffee, chocolate, and toasted marshmallow can be found in the flavour and aroma of this beer. Notes of whiskey and caramel are also packed into this beer. \n \nPrairie Rum Paradise 13% \nRum Barrel Aged Imperial Stout aged with coconut and vanilla. \n \nPrairie Bourbon Paradise 13.7% \nBourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout aged with coconut and vanilla \n \nOffshoot Hop Trot Hazy IPA 6.4% \nThis Hazy IPA was brewed with a healthy addition of Azacca, Centennial, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops. Balanced out with Two Row, rolled oats, and Carafoam to bring you a smooth, soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Hazy with a rich, orange appearance and intense aromatics of ripe berries and tropical fruits. The delicate flavours of grapefruit, orange, and mango will have you feeling extra thankful for the balanced hop trot. \n \nOffshoot Relax (it’s just a Hazy IPA) 6.8% \nRelax is the perfect name for this Hazy IPA because it’s impossible not to when you’re drinking it. They use a combination of fruit-forward hops like Citra and Amarillo along with Centennial and Simcoe, to impart fruity, tropical and citrus notes, and London III yeast to give it that soft, round mouthfeel. No bitterness, no pucker. Just a smooth IPA that drinks like a breeze. \n \nOffshoot Ghouls Hazy IPA 6.7% \nBrewed with haunting amounts of Galaxy and Sorachi Ace, this Hazy IPA could be described as eerily tropical. Huge flavours and aromas of passionfruit, citrus and peach shriek through from the Galaxy. The addition of Sorachi Ace rounds it out with even more citrus, and some hints of spice and earthy notes, leaving you with a fruit forward, juicy concoction with a pillowy body to die for. \n \nOffshoot Haze Parade Double IPA 8.1% \nThis Hazy Double IPA was brewed with massive amounts of Mosaic, Azacca and El Dorado hops. With a healthy grain bill including Two Row and rolled oats, bringing forth a deliciously soft and chewy mouthfeel. The aroma is rich with notes of blueberry and citrus, with charged hints of tropical fruit, stone fruit, mango and pineapple. \n \nPrairie Bomb! 13% \nBomb! is an Imperial Stout aged on coffee, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chilli peppers. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to complement the intense coffee and chocolate flavours. \n \nPrairie Oh! Fudge 11% \nImperial Stout brewed with brownies that were handmade in the brewery. \n \nDeschutes Abyss Reserve 2019 11.2% \nA deep, dark Imperial Stout, The Abyss has almost immeasurable depth and complexity. Hints of molasses, licorice and other alluring flavours make it something not just to quaff, but contemplate.
