Chur Ground Hop Day

Brewed on Ground Hog Day 2020. We decided to make a good old fashioned IPA but use exclusively Cryo Hops. We have jammed this up with Cryo Simcoe, Cryo Sabro and Cryo Mosaic. It's a doozy. If this beer emerges from it's burrow and sees it's own shadow it will mean 6 weeks more winter. Let's hope that the little bugger does not. But we live in the southern hemishere, so really who cares if it's snowing in Punxsutaw- ney or space. PS don't drink this and drive, it is just a label with Bill Murray and a Ground Hog!
