TASTING NOTESBrookvale Union Ginger Beer is spicy yet mild, dry but wet, smooth yet sharp, tight but loose, as describe but its creators. \n \n \nBREWERY SNAPSHOT \n4 Pines opened in Manly in 2008 and quickly made a splash. The brewery began by making four core beers - Kolsch, Pale, Hefeweizen and ESB. Today, their four signature brews are complemented by 15 to 20 seasonals and specialty batches each year. \n \n DID YOU KNOW? \n \nIn October 2012, 4 Pines kegged their first brew out of their 5000 litre Brookvale brewery, just down the road from their original brewpub. Although 4 Pines has outgrown its 500 litre Manly microbrewery, it remains an integral part of the 4 Pines engine room, producing all of their small batch Keller Door range.
