The Australian bowerbird is known for taking great pride in it's collections, both for personal enjoyment and to show to others. Brix Distillers also collected its favourite native ingredients and infused them into its Brix White. Aged four months in Mountain Goat barley wine barrels, Trail Mix opens with delicate aromas of chocolate, plum and macadamia and finished strong with notes of spearmint, anise and cinnamon.
