This light-bodied fruited sour, is brewed in the style of a traditional German gose. It's high mineral content balances out the acidity and makes for a dry and refreshing finish. Here, they used a hefty 500kg melange of berries - boysenberries, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries, resulting in a tart + jammy beer that screams summer!
