Dip-hopping is a process that uses 80-degree water to hydrate hops for 60 minutes before they are added to the beer, rather than the usual dry-hopping method, which Bridge Road typically does at around 18 degrees. This imperial IPA pours a luminous copper colour in the glass, giving it classic West Coast leanings.
