In Autumn 2012, Bridge Road invited Mikkel Borg Bjergsø of Mikkeller to Beechworth. Together, they created The Dark Harvest. Bridge Road now brews this beer annually for their harvest festival, High Country Hops. This black IPA combines a complex, savoury malt bill with the unique flavours of freshly harvested hops from their neighbours at the Rostrevor hop garden.
