Bridge Road’s latest Mayday Hills foeder release ushers in the beginning of spring with a classic Belgian style. Grisette was first brewed in the Hainaut region of Belgium in the late 1800s. While the more well-known Saison was considered a beer for farm workers, Grisette was marketed to the miners of the region.
Bridge Road’s interpretation melds the texture and aroma of this farmhouse style with a vibrant citrus lift from fresh Victorian mandarin. Light, bright, and dry with a subtle funk, Mayday Mandarin is the ideal companion for the changing season.
