Brekeriet Purple Rain

TASTING NOTES \nFruity, sour taste with red currant, raspberry and passion fruit. \nBREWERY SNAPSHOT \nBrekeriet is a small sour beer brewery in Landskrona in Skåne, the most southern part of Sweden. Brekeriet tells the story of the three brothers Ek; Fredrik, Christian and André. With different backgrounds in business and food engineering they decided to team up and start a beer import firm in the spring of 2010. \nDID YOU KNOW? \nBrekeriet is the only brewery in Sweden, to ferment their beers with nothing but wild yeast and bacteria. To further enhance the taste experience, they also secondary ferment many of their beers with berries, fruit or whatever they find interesting to try.
