TASTING NOTES \nAroma- Coffee, dark chocolate \nMouthfeel- Big silky mouthfeel from the big addition of rolled oats \nFlavour- Coffee, chocolate and booze \nHops: Sabro, Fuggles \nMalt bill: American Ale, Rolled Oats, Eclipse, Light Chocolate, Roast Barley, Dark Crystal. \nSubtle kettle additions of Sabro and Fuggles are in the background but they let the heroes of the beer shine through with big notes of coffee and dark chocolate from the specialty malt, with that silkiness and full body from the oats giving it a creamy, velvety mouthfeel. \nBREWERY SNAPSHOT \nBig Shed Brewing Co naturally started out in a big shed on a rented property in the Barossa all the way back in 2002 .
