TASTING NOTES \nCascadian Dark Ale with Orange Peel. We’re honoured being invited as a brewery to Borefts 2018, where we’ve been many times before. Its the festival that set the dream of starting our brewery. This is our second Cascadian Dark Ale, after the success of No Style without Substance, brewed earlier in 2018. \nBREWERY SNAPSHOT \nA Craft Brewery founded in Gothenburg (Sweden) by four friends from different parts of the world. Their brewing philosophy is simple… keep brewing new beers that they would want to drink. \nDID YOU KNOW? \nTheir name is derived from the Latin word bibliothēca, meaning library, or a collection of books. A Beerbliotek would then mean a beer library, or a collection of beer.
