Batch Peaches & Cream

Summer is upon us and we can't think of anything better than a little peaches and cream to sip on those hot Australian afternoons! An interesting spin on the classic American cream ale, using our farmhouse strain of yeast and whole peaches from our farmer at the base of the Blue Mountains for extra character. This beer has a pale straw colour and malted maize with flaked oats and lactose gives a creamy mouthfeel and some haze. The addition of the peaches give a subtle aroma of stonefruit, while the corn flavour starts to come through as the beer warms up in your glass. Enjoy!
