This brew is a Russian Imperial Stout, brewed with an irresponsible amount of barley, then aged for a year in the Sacred Hill Merlot barrels that wine customers love. Big full bodied roasted malt flavours are complimented out with rich berry notes from the residual wine and a lingering oak tannin finish.
