When 2mt discovered that the Griggs family at Lucaston Orchards in the Huon Valley were still growing the famous old English cider apple variety, Sturmer Pippin, it provided all the motivation they needed to create a traditional, unfiltered, bottle-fermented farmhouse cider made using only apples and yeast.
