Palate is medium bodied and oak is balanced. A very drinkable style. \\n \\nWine making: Shiraz grapes were crushed and destemmed into closed fermenters. The ferment was carried out with inoculated yeast and pumped over 2 to 3 times a day for colour and tannin extraction. The wine is pressed at the completion of ferment and matured in a combination of old French barrels and stainless steel tanks. \\n \\nCellaring: This wine is made in a drink now style.
